DLG PLAST has all the machinery and equipment it will need in the mold production processes. It offers a perfect process management with its experienced staff who will manage all processes according to automotive requirements, starting from the design in the Mold Factory in Tuzla, Istanbul, until the molds are transferred to mass production. In this process, part feasibility presentations, mold-flow analysis, design feasibility, mold design and production stages are managed with precision.
In line with the business demand exceeding the annual mold production capacity of our mold factory, we manage the processes with our mold suppliers, which we have been supporting for many years. In parallel with this, we also receive support from our group companies. We are able to carry out project management together with our contracted suppliers abroad for the subjects we need in precision parts.
We apply SPDT and micromilling technologies to our molds with our strategic solution partners in countries such as Italy, Portugal, Germany and Poland. We can produce molds and parts with a sensitivity of Ra: 0.1µM, especially with our expert staff in lighting parts.
